WHO WE SUPPORT

We support:
Families
Practical guidance to strengthen communication, emotional regulation, sleep routines, and everyday independence at home.
Schools and education settings
Staff training, consultation, and structured frameworks that improve engagement, inclusion, and readiness to learn across classrooms and teams.
Care providers
Implementation of Positive Behaviour Support approaches that improve quality of life outcomes while increasing staff confidence and reducing restrictive responses.
Professionals
Supervision, mentoring, and specialist training for practitioners developing their skills in behaviour support and evidence-informed practice.
Who We Are
Welcome to Prospering Minds Consultancy Ltd. We are delighted you are here.
Prospering Minds was founded to support children, families, schools, care providers, and professionals who are navigating behavioural, emotional regulation, and sleep challenges across everyday environments including home, education, and care settings. We understand that these challenges rarely exist in isolation, which is why our support looks at the whole person and the systems around them.
Our work is grounded in applied behaviour analysis, Positive Behaviour Support, and regulation-informed practice. We focus on helping individuals develop meaningful, functional skills that improve confidence, independence, and quality of life. At the same time, we support the adults around them to feel more equipped, consistent, and confident in how they respond.
We are also committed to culturally responsive practice. Every family, organisation, and professional brings their own strengths, experiences, and values. Our role is to work alongside you in a way that respects those differences while building practical strategies that work in real life.
Whether you are seeking support for a child, a classroom, a service, or your own professional development, there is a place for you at Prospering Minds.
Why Choose us
Prospering Minds offers more than standalone strategies. We provide joined-up support that considers behaviour, regulation, sleep, environment, and relationships together.
Our team brings specialist training across applied behaviour analysis, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), sleep support, and Positive Behaviour Support. This allows us to look beyond surface behaviours and identify what is maintaining them, while building practical alternatives that last.
We also place strong importance on cultural understanding and respectful partnership. Support is most effective when it reflects the realities of the families, professionals, and organisations we work with.
Above all, our aim is simple: to help people feel more confident, more supported, and better equipped so that individuals can regulate, learn, and prosper in the environments that matter most to them.
CURRENT ORGANISATIONAL CHALLENGES
Across education and care settings, staff are increasingly required to support individuals presenting with complex communication, sensory and emotional regulation needs.
Without structured behavioural support systems in place, this may result in:
• Behavioural incidents.
• Reliance on restrictive practices.
• Disengagement from learning.
• Inconsistent staff responses.
• Safeguarding concerns.
• Staff burnout.
• Reduced quality of life outcomes.
Without regulation, learning cannot occur.
ORGANISATIONAL OUTCOMES
Organisations implementing PMRF may observe:
✔ Reduction in behavioural incidents.
✔ Reduced reliance on restrictive practices.
✔ Improved staff confidence.
✔ Improved learner engagement.
✔ Improved independent communication.
✔ Strengthened individualised educational outcomes.
✔ Improved safeguarding outcomes.
✔ Improved workforce retention.
I am very excited about taking and finishing this course on Applied Behavior Analysis. I learnt a lot of new techniques and/or strategies to help understand and manage people's behavior especially when used as therapy for people with (ASD) Autism Spectrum Disorder. I especially loved the way Ms. Rahma Farah delivered the course with lots of patience to help learners understand key concepts, giving so many examples and opportunities for questions to ease understanding. I loved the fact that she allowed learners propose possible solutions to challenging behaviors while ensuring errorless teaching. She was a great instructor and i particularly enjoyed all her sessions. I wish to express my gratitude to her for helping me achieve this certificate
We have been working with Rahma since 2021 and noticed great deal of improvements in our son. As a result of the programme set by Rahma, our son is now able to verbally request what he wants and express his needs. This means that he is less frustrated and therefore has less tantrums which is great for the whole family. Rahma has also taught my son practical skills such as dressing up and playing with his brother games. Since, relocating to Africa, Rahma trained new tutors (by Zoom) for us which allowed my son to continue with his ABA therapy. For example, my son can now read and do basic maths. I would definitely recommend any family to work with Rahma as she is very passionate, patient and dedicated to the improvement of her clients. She also has the ability to educate new therapists/tutors and ensure that they effectively put into practice the principles of ABA
Yes would definitely recommend your services - you worked so well with my son and was able to engage him ith all aspects of learning.
