About Us

Empowering Neurodivergent Individuals, Families, and Professionals

At the heart of our work is Rahma, a passionate and dedicated Board-Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) and UKBA (cert), driven by a mission to support the neurodivergent community. With over eight years of experience across schools, nurseries, homes, and community environments, Rahma is committed to enhancing lives through the principles of Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA).

Rahma holds a Master’s degree in Applied Behaviour Analysis from Queen’s University Belfast, where she was honored to present her thesis at the prestigious 5th Conference. Since earning her BCBA certification, Rahma has developed expertise in Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) and is further expanding her skill set through Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), eager to bring these innovative approaches into her practice for even greater impact.

In addition to her professional work, Rahma co-founded the Somali Behaviour Analysis Association @sbaa.official on Instagram, a pioneering organization that celebrates cultural responsiveness in behaviour analysis. The association is dedicated to supporting the global Somali community while educating professionals on the significance of Somali culture in behaviour analysis practices.
Rahma has also had the privilege of being interviewed on the Behaviour Speak Podcast @behaviourspeak on Instagram, where she shared her insights and passion for the field. She is committed to using her expertise to make meaningful change and create inclusive, culturally responsive services for all families.

In her free time, Rahma is a busy mum of four incredible boys and loves going on adventures with them. She’s also an avid coffee drinker who enjoys indulging in self-care activities like spa days, meditation, and journaling, finding balance amidst her vibrant and fulfilling life.
