About Prospering Minds Consultancy
Prospering Minds Consultancy supports educational and care organisations to embed regulation-first environments through structured Positive Behaviour Support implementation.
Our work focuses on supporting staff teams to understand behaviour through the lens of behavioural science and to implement proactive support strategies that improve engagement in learning, independence and quality of life outcomes.
Through the Prospering Minds Regulation Framework (PMRF), we work with schools, residential services and supported living providers to strengthen workforce confidence and embed consistent behavioural support practices across teams and environments.
Our Approach
Prospering Minds Consultancy takes a regulation-first approach to behavioural support.
We recognise that individuals experiencing dysregulation may find it difficult to process information, follow instructions or engage in learning and daily living activities.
By supporting staff teams to recognise early indicators of dysregulation and implement proactive environmental supports, organisations are better able to create environments that promote engagement, communication and independence.
Our approach is grounded in evidence-based behavioural science, trauma informed utilising strategies from Positive Behaviour Support and Acceptance Commitment Therapy when applicable.
